KELSEYVILLE FIRE DISTRICT OPERATIONS
Kelseyville Fire Protection District is a full service, all-risk Fire Department, providing state-of-the-art services such as Advanced Life Support (ALS), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), residential, commercial and wildland fire suppression, technical rescue services, fire prevention code enforcement, public education, and community service. The members of Kelseyville Fire Protection District are dedicated to providing for the safety and welfare of the Community through preservation of life, property and the environment.
Kelseyville Fire employs thirteen (13) full-time personnel as well as twelve (12) volunteer’s to accomplish its Mission. Staffing is provided for fire prevention, training, communications, and two (2) Fire Stations. The Department operates two (2) engine companies, three (3) medic-ambulances a Fire Chief Officer and Battalion, Chief Officer from two (2) stations, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. The department cross staffs type I Pierce and type II Weststates structure engines, rescue truck, a water tender, one (1) brush truck and three (3) paramedic staffed ambulances. The Department serves a geographical area consisting of urban development interfacing with wildland areas and covers approximately 100 square miles.
