KELSEYVILLE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE USE OF PERSONNEL AND/OR EQUIPMENT
1. The Board of Directors of the Kelseyville Fire Protection District adopts the following
schedule of fees for the use of fire district personnel and/or equipment.
2. The fees are allowed under the authority of the Fire Protection District Law of 1987, the establishment imposition, increase or decrease of Fees for service shall be in compliance with Sections 13916, 13917, 13918, and/or 13919 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California.
3. The fee schedule has been developed and is adopted to recover costs that are incurred in providing personnel and/or equipment to another agency or individual when such action is outside the routine performance of fire related services provided within the District or by virtue of mutual aid agreements.
UNIFORM FEE SCHEDULE
Established from the California Fire Assistance Agreement, current Salary Survey at time & ½ rate of pay.
